B2B Sales Development Rep

Position Overview:
As a B2B Inside Sales Rep, you will spearhead our internal sales efforts by identifying opportunities and working to convert them into paying customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about establishing a career selling financial technology and payment services, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, qualify and convert opportunities to drive new customer growth.
Provide sales support for our Strategic Partnerships.
Execute strategic sales plans to accelerate revenue growth and expand our client base.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Exceed sales targets, goals, and performance metrics.
Prepare and present proposals to potential customers.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B sales environment is a plus.
Previous experience in the fintech industry or related software sales is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
