We are seeking a General Handyman to assist with work orders, turnovers, and possibly some landscaping.

• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
• Install smoke detectors.
• Replace lightbulbs.
• Remove carpet.
• Change locks.

• Resourceful.
• Ability to change locks.
• Organized.
• Tech savvy.
• Experience with tracking time.
• General handyman knowledge.
• Flexible.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
