Please be prepared to provide the following credentials to be submitted to the position.
Required Credentials:
1. Application (Link will be provided by the recruiter)
2. Two supervisor references, (valid email address)
3. BLS, ACLS, CPR card
4. Medical Assistant license
5. COVID-19 vaccination or medical/religious exemption
6. Flu shot vaccination, TB shot and immunization record
7. Two forms of ID
8. Updated resume
9. Skills check list (Link will be provided by the recruiter)
Relias training, background check and drug screening will be processed after all documents have been provided.
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintains flow of patients in accordance with time of appointment.
- Maintain exam rooms, ensuring proper stock of supplies, and equipment.
- Obtain vital signs, reason for visit and list of medications from patients and prepare patient for visit.
- Assists the medical provider with all examinations and procedures.
- Schedules outpatient tests and procedures at hospitals by telephone in a timely manner; adheres to the referral process of the practice.
Qualifications:
- (CMA) Certified Medical Assistant License or
- (RMA) Registered Medical Assistant
- BLS certification
