Summary of Job Duties:
Pursuant to the hiring selections made by the Arkansas Attorney General's Office, the Bowen School of Law is seeking to hire law clerks for the Spring 2023 clerking term. Law clerks will perform research and draft documents to assist attorney general attorneys and staff. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency/institution policy.
Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience:
  • Applicants must be enrolled with the Bowen School of Law;
  • Have been selected for the position by the Attorney General's Office during the formal interview program.
Job Duties:
  • Perform research;
  • Draft documents;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Some college (2L or 3L status).
