Job Description: Service Technician

Aformic Inc. is an AIUT Group company, which is an automation engineering firm with 30 years of experience in the designing and implementation of industrial automation systems on the global market. AFORMIC designs and implements innovative integrated intralogistics solutions based on AMR/AGV mobile robots. AFORMIC's unique strategy is to fully customize our system and Formica AMR robots to meet the needs of our customers. We are currently looking for an exceptional service technician capable of working with an international team of engineers.

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment

· Loading and unloading shipments

· Accepting deliveries

· Counting and confirming inventory

· Inspecting inventory for damages and faults

· Communicating errors to relevant parties

· Marking and labeling stock

· Storing inventory in accessible manner

· Loading and wrapping stock on pallets

· Building loads with forklift and pallet jack

· Handling logistics – (quoting, shipping, receiving)

· Perform maintenance and provide customer support.

· Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.

· Order parts needed for repairs if needed.

· Fill out detailed reports and keep records of services that have been performed.

· Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers.

· Install equipment on-site (maximum business trips 1-2 days)

· Retrieving equipment from customers and bringing to service headquarters

· Perform training for customers and employees.

· Complete mockups in service headquarters.

· Lead mockup training

· Complete implementation processes.

Expectations:

· You are 18 years of age or older.

· Minimum of High School Diploma

· Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.

· Valid driver’s license

· You learn respectfully and gain practical knowledge.

· Characteristic flexible approach and high availability

· Physically strong, agile, dexterous, and undeterred by heights.

· Available to work extended hours.

· Availability to travel 20-30%

· 2-3 years’ experience preferred.
