We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for an Inside/Outside Sales representative position. As an Inside/Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. ### Duties:

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability

### Requirements:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Background in safety or safety products a plus.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
