Maintenance Tech Needed in Franklin, IN

Description:

We are a global leader in the design, manufacturing and supply of wire and cable products. We are the largest producer of Magnet Wire in the world! Magnet wire is an insulated copper or aluminum conductor used by major equipment manufacturers

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Electrical, Mechanical and PLC troubleshooting
• PLC troubleshooting will include Omron and Allen Bradley brands
• You will be required to troubleshoot but will not need to program.
• Click PLC's are used which are very simple to figure out and understand
• Electrical troubleshooting includes 3 phase motors, switches, sensors, servo drives and VFD's
• Mechanical troubleshooting includes hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, pumps, motors, belts, and roller conveyors
• Preventative Maintenance is completed once a month where the entire line is shutdown
• On a day to day basis, technicians will be responding to call and completing work orders

Shift: 1st (7:00AM - 3:30PM) Monday-Friday
