We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of manufacturing programs, from concept to production launch. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, including engineering, quality control, supply chain, and Finance, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional program teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and proactively develop contingency plans.
• Monitor program progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Interface with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain strong relationships.
• Analyze complex data and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Manage program documentation and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing program management and sales account.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience in the automotive industry a strong plus.
