Therapy Management Inc, a subsidiary of Diamond Group Management invites you to be part of a Michigan based, patient focused, leading rehabilitation provider. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Therapy Program Manager for our Dearborn, MI skilled nursing facility.

Job Location: Dearborn, MI

Qualifications:

Licensed in the State of Michigan as one of the following disciplines:

Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist Assistant
Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapist Assistant

Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine, or be eligible for an approved exemption
Proof of Influenza Vaccine, or be eligible for an approved exemption

1 years of long-term care facility management experience is preferred
Must love working with the adult/geriatric population
