Hartzell Aerospace Welding is looking for an eager Weekend Shift Production QC Inspector to support our growing business.
Requirements :
Required Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 2 years' experience in a Quality position in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of basic inspection gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Understanding of drawings, blueprints, and basic GD&T.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow customer specifications, internal procedures, safety policies, guidelines and work instructions
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. if / when needed
Required Technical Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
a. Microsoft Office
b. Experience with ERP Systems; Epicor Vista preferred
- A working understanding of Quality requirements, customer flow-downs, AS9100 / ISO approvals.
- Ability to communicate and ask clarifying questions and understand the workflow in order to properly troubleshoot issues.
