Aerometals is looking to add the following position:

Accounts Payable

Pay range: $25 - $28 hourly

Aerometals is looking to fill an Accounts Payable role to support our team by performing general accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to:

• Manage accounts payable.
• Confirm product is received and approved for payment.
• Match purchase orders with vendor invoices.
• Research / resolve AP discrepancies as they arise.
• Maintain W9’s.
• Handle incoming calls as necessary.
• Perform any other duties as required by the organization.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: Accounting degree preferred or similar experience

Skills:

• Knowledge of accounts payable functions: including 10 key by touch.
• Ability to work independently and as part of team when necessary.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication and collaborative skills.

Experience: 2-3 years in accounts payable

Training: On the job training.

Aerometals Inc. of El Dorado Hills, California is a 40-year veteran of commercial and military aerospace manufacturing. We offer a full range of production services including CNC machining and turning, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, autoclave, and precision assembly. Aerometals has significant experience manufacturing critical application, militarized components to OEM engineering data for use on many fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Customers include the US Military, Boeing, Lockheed, Sikorsky, etc.
