The AERO Specialties CNC Operator is responsible for manufacturing processes and supporting company operations under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager. This individual is responsible for effectively communicating with team members and management to ensure deliverables are met.

What qualifies someone for this position? 

• Setup and perform machining operations on CNC Mills and Turning Centers by uploading programs, zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, and compensation; setting up tooling, part fixtures, and proving part programs.
• Use various measuring equipment and perform inspection to determine dimensional and finish tolerances meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Properly fill out required paperwork (Work orders, Maintenance logs, etc.)
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.

• 1 year experience or Trade School Graduate in Machine Tool Technology
