We are in search of an experienced multi-unit manager to lead and grow our restaurants at the Des Moines International Airport.

We operate both full-service and quick-service restaurants that deliver great food, service, and have a mission to be the restaurant of choice for travelers by providing comfort, superior quality products, and exceptional service to our guests.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5-10 years of full-service, multi-unit restaurant management. Airport experience is preferred.

This position has the responsibility of providing oversight for the entire hospitality operation at DSM. They are the liaison between Aero, the airport, and other entities working out of DSM. They exemplify professionalism and are the leader and role model for our staff.

Below are the concepts we operate at the Des Moines International Airport:

Portermill: Full-service restaurant that serves only Iowa Craft beer along with scratch cooking

Arugula & Rye: Quick-service restaurant that serves healthier food options

Friedrichs: Local coffee shop with sandwiches and snacks

Mill Supply: Market to purchase grab and go food and drinks

Berk & Chesters: Pre-Security bar and food

A-Bar: on the A concourse

C-Bar: on the C concourse
