AEPS provides facilities support and security services for government and commercial customers. Our team includes armed and unarmed security personnel, as well as professionals providing investigative services, facilities support services, grounds maintenance and landscaping, military family housing maintenance, and hospital housekeeping.

The Contractor shall submit a Key Personnel Resume after award, or upon hiring of new trainers, clearly detailing the individual’s qualifications and demonstrating that the proposed trainer(s) have a background with a minimum of two years of successful experience in training (civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement or commercial/industrial security force service).
Training Instructor shall possess appropriate certifications to provide training in First Aid, CPR, AED, Defensive Tactics, Handcuffing, Baton, OC Spray and Firearms Instruction. Acceptable certifications must be presented from the training topics below:
Basic and Refresher Training: Proposed trainer(s) must complete an approved and accredited Principles of Instruction course or similar training (e.g., NRA, a Police Academy, state POST Academy, FLETC or military training course) certifying them as an Instructor. The Instructor must show the below competencies in the performance of their duties:
Expandable Baton, Oleoresin Capsicum (OC) Spray, Defensive Tactics and Handcuffing
Training: Proposed trainer(s) must be certified through an approved course of study as an
Instructor for these topical areas (e.g., ASP, Monadnock, a Police Academy, and state POST Academy, or FLETC). The Instructor must show documentation as an Instructor for these courses.
Baton, OC Spray, and Defensive Tactics Training: Proposed trainer(s) must possess
appropriate skills and abilities to perform Baton, OC Spray, Defensive Tactics and Handcuffing instructions
