Job Summary:

The Account Executive, AEG Studios is responsible for supporting partnership activation in the realm of content, talent and media programs. The role is in charge of individually managing designated AEG Studios partnerships and coordinating client services. This position will focus on the AEG Studios projects across festivals, sports and music venues with an emphasis on digital innovation and content development. 

Essential Functions:
  • Activate and oversee client partnerships which include large scale event programs and content campaigns. This involves facilitating and actively managing project tracking and activation for various client projects at once, including the management of all aspects of the project from partnership strategy, pitch process, sales CRM, leading client calls and overseeing the success of the respective project.
  • Oversee partnership activation activity onsite at live events, including the coordination of client attendance, influencer programming, content production and other elements in collaboration with the Production Manager of AEG Studios.
  • Responsible for crafting upsell programs and identifying new revenue opportunities for content, influencer/talent and digital partnerships with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance of partnership agreements, including creating deal points and terms, inputting agreements into inventory management system (KORE); ensuring that contracts are fulfilled and billed back properly; and communicating with clientele on a daily basis to build relationships, receive feedback, and make changes to agreements as necessary.
  • Assist in the development of creative assets for sales pitches, recap presentations, program tracking, and other visual reporting for AEG Studios projects. Collaborate with the AEG Studios team on the development of business resources, trackers, tool and other organizational methods to add efficiency and success to partnerships.
  • Develop new and exciting promotional concepts for partners to help provide maximum return on investment.
  • Participate in renewal process to ensure elements are enhanced or revised as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of related work experience in the field of client services, project management or partnership sales
  • Sales or partnership experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
  • Excellent at client interaction and relationship building.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Possess knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Strategy
  • Skilled at project management and seeing a project through from start to finish.
  • Ability to support a team with infrastructure and process needs.
  • Proactive and able to work independently without the need for supervision.
  • Ability to handle minor lifting and load/unload merchandise.
  • Must be fully capable and proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the company, including working event nights and event weekends.

Pay Scale: $65,000 - $77,981

AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. AEG may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.
