AED123 is Hiring a Sales Professional Near Dallas, TX

AED123 provides businesses and organizations with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) services. Nineteen lives have now been saved by the AEDs we manage. We have been doubling in size every year, and we are adding to our sales team so we can continue to grow at this rate.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a smart, hard-working, and high-volume salesperson. You are good at engaging prospective customers, asking probing questions, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy cold-calling, and you have experience doing it. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service and establishing trust with prospective customers. You want your work to be meaningful, and you want to work with a team who can challenge you to become a better salesperson. You are good at multitasking with high attention to detail. You want to work from an office when you’re not in the field calling on customers. (We don’t do work from home, and we have an awesome, brand-new office in the Design District.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospecting

  • Call on assigned industries within a 50-mile radius of DFW (offices, fitness centers, churches, municipalities, apartments, industrial facilities, venues...)
  • Develop and execute strategies for each assigned vertical
  • Leverage Zoom Info, Salesforce, Salesforce Maps, Lead Forensics, and other provided tools to maximize productivity and effectiveness

Sell Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Programs

  • Meet with prospective customers to discuss their needs, demonstrate our products, and pitch solutions (target 7-10 scheduled meetings per week)
  • Prepare and negotiate customer agreements
  • Secure signed customer agreements (operations team takes over after sale is closed)

Support the Business

  • Support marketing efforts (e.g. at trade shows and other events)
  • Support other Sales Professionals and be part of our collaborative and fun team
  • Capture feedback from customers on how we can improve our product and service offerings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years in sales with a proven track record
  • Experience / comfort with Microsoft product suite and web-based software
  • Competitive spirit and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and follow up skills
  • True excitement about our business
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
