Job Description
AECOM is seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Project Manager to join our practice and and support AECOM's Buildings Places business line . Our Project Managers work directly with the client and stakeholders to ensure project and program objectives are met. AECOM's Buildings Places business line dedicated to excellence and integrated architecture, engineering and interiors design solutions. Clients trust AECOM to design the buildings and public spaces that shape where we live, work, and play while sustaining people, connecting communities and protecting the natural world.
The position offers a hybrid work schedule. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following items:
  • Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies
  • Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors
  • Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
  • BA/BS four (4) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications :
  • Seven (7) years of experience working on commercial/federal market projects of varying size
  • Experience using standard industry software such as CAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop
  • Registered Architect or Professional Engineer is preferred
  • Experience overseeing program (multiple projects) is preferred, while working in all phases (design through occupancy) of project(s) interacting with client and the construction team

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $120,000.00 - $170,000.00.
