Job Requirements

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically in AV (Audiovisual) and/or Security projects
• Proven track record of managing large-scale AV and/or Security installations or integration projects
• Strong understanding of AV technologies, security systems, network infrastructure, and integration principles
• Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to AV and security systems
• Familiarity with CAD software and ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, sales, and external contractors/vendors
• Willingness to travel as required to support project execution
• Excellent documentation skills, including the creation of project plans, proposals, and reports

Compensation details: 85000-100000 Yearly Salary
