Role Overview:
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the services provided to individuals with I/DD. You will serve as both an advocate and an ally, working closely with a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support. This role also involves providing direct support to individuals and guiding them towards self-directed living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Direct Support Professionals
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support to individuals with I/DD
• Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all community members
• Facilitate person-centered planning and goal setting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 2 Years people management experience
• 2 Years Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and advocacy
