Job Description:
- Possess excellent understanding of Oracle PL/SQL, XML, and expertise in OTM workflow design and development.
- Review end-to-end OTM Configuration and current Solution Design and propose solution improvements.
- Review and develop new integrations in collaboration with various middleware and third-party carrier Systems.
- Experience in large OTM Implementation is preferred.
Extensively work on:
- Advanced Workflow Agent design and configuration.
- Data Model and XML Schema.
- Integration design and development.
- Data migration and loading.
- Technical enhancements.
- Analyze and prepare Saved queries and develop recurring processes.
- Operational and analytical report design and development.
- Performance tuning; scalability configuration; and troubleshooting.
- OTM Releases Patches and upgrades.
- Should have an excellent understanding of core OTM Concepts:
- Lane, Itinerary, Rate offering, Rate record, commitment setup in OTM.
- Contacts, Service provider, location setup in OTM.
- Configuration of External planning engine.
- Complete hold on the OTM planning process and a good understanding of planning parameters.
- Good understanding in the OTM Invoicing Process.
- Proficient at planning, strategy, risk mitigation, execution, and delivery.
