Job Description

• 10 years of experience in Design, implementation and support of warehouse management systems.
• Proven technical experience in of Blue Yonder, Korber e3PL, Dynamics & Red Prairie Provide operational support, define and develop enhancements in Supply chain planning solutions Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area.
• Define and incorporate non-functional and cross-functional requirements into proposed solutions.
• Interact with solution architects and Business System Analysts at various Global locations on business requirements.
• Analyze and understand business problems/requirements to propose effective technical solutions.
• Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc.
• Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and technical leaders.
• Ensure the stability and scalability of SCM solution and its cross functional integration.
• Conduct Unit testing, System testing and End User Testing Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the business process and systems.
• Prioritize and manage several open support requests at one time to meet Service Level Agreement.
