Advocare Pulmonary and Sleep Specialists is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Medical Specialists Office Near King of Prussia, PA

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of assisting with our sleep department. Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate medical records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be assisting our Sleep Coordinator.

There will be initial calls to patients, follow up calls, scheduling patients and working

with referring physician offices.

We have many types of Home Sleep Study devices , checking on patient results,

and printing the studies and putting them into the patients electronic health

records. The system we use is e clinical works.

Calling patients after their studies and scheduling them for a follow up office visit.

Navigating the dashboard on the e-clinical works with actions and encounters.

These are just an example of what is done on behalf of the patients.

- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as , eClinical Works
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience with phone systems in a professional setting

This is a full-time position with a starting time of 6:45 AM.

The candidate should be detail oriented, personable, dependable and have an excellent work ethic.
