AdvantEdge was founded 17 years ago and today has multiple departments that are led by firm partners. These include Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resources. We have offices in Charleston, South Carolina, Northern NJ, and San Diego. Our team across the locations works very closely daily and we are looking for this new team member to dive right in.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for working directly with our General Manager on various administrative tasks and ensuring all client needs are handled promptly. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the firm and into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the payroll and benefits departments
- Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Become familiar with our clients across the different departments and assist with servicing those accounts
- Brainstorm marketing strategies with General Manager
- Manage social media calendar and take on an active role in creating content for our social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook utilizing team Canva account
- Assist with training development and implementation for new employees and clients
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
