Sales Representative- Baltimore, MD
 
As the Sales Representative, you will serve as principle point for account development and management of selected High & Heavy Accounts within the Northeast USA Sales Territory. 
Job Description:
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop account strategies to generate new business and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
Attain all volume and revenue goals as set forth by Management
Application of business plan and trade strategy for High & Heavy Accounts
Development of new business and markets within WW guidelines
Work closely with Customer Care/Inside Sales, Documentation, Cargo Management and Operations to ensure that optimal service levels are maintained for the customer base
Negotiating contracts
Follow up of annual budget, forecasts, and actual performance analysis within established guidelines
Identify key areas of improvement and promote challenger or disruptive sales approach
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum of 3 years experience in Maritime and/or Shipping and Logistics Sales
Proven success with relationship management, multi-level customer engagement as well as multi-product and service offerings
Demonstrated ability to drive and lead a sales organization or other customer related functions
Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative- ability to foster an agile working environment
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
