Job Summary
Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for an energetic individual to join our team as an Experienced Business Development Coordinator. This sales position will be primarily responsible for cultivating and developing business opportunities while providing a professional customer service experience.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base salary commensurate with proven experience, ranging from $48,000 to $80,000 annually, paid weekly. Additional benefits available include health insurance and post-vacation days.
Responsibilities
Learn and follow scripted process for making and receiving phone calls
Set appointments for our customers to meet our employees and test drive vehicles
Communicate effectively with our customers via phone, email, or text
Answer phone calls and emails from our customers in a prompt manner
Make 100 outbound calls daily
Record all work inside our CRM
Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of dealership policies, products, and procedures
Establish personal goals that are consistent with store productivity requirements of the dealership
Maintain a professional appearance
