Advanced Technology Partners is Hiring a Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst Near Youngstown, OH

JOB SUMMARY:

The Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst is responsible for the overall cybersecurity strategy of Advanced Technology Partners, LLC (ATP) and its clients. The candidate would work in tandem with management to continuously review, implement, improve, and oversee the cybersecurity and compliance practices of ATP internally and of its clients. In addition to these roles, this position is also responsible for the identification of new products and services in the cybersecurity space, developing new cybersecurity policies and procedures, and training employees on those tools, policies, and best practices. The candidate will be responsible for customer compliance and continuous improvement efforts related to compliance standards such as CMMC, HIPAA, PCI, etc. The candidate should have experience in cybersecurity compliance practices, penetration testing, risk assessments, and other cybersecurity services.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain compliance standards for clients.
  • Develop and maintain compliance of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Train employees on cybersecurity tools, policies and procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve, implement, and oversee the cybersecurity practices of ATP and ATP’s customers.
  • Continuously improve and maintain a product line of cybersecurity services for customers of ATP.
  • Perform compliance analysis, risk assessments, penetration tests, and other cybersecurity services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a cybersecurity related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
  • Familiarity with CMMC / NIST 800-171 Compliance Regulations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a cybersecurity related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
  • Experience in penetration testing
  • Experience in risk assessments
  • Experience in compliance services such as HIPAA, NERC CIP, CMMC, PCI, etc.
  • Experience with Kiteworks Platform
  • Experience with NeQter Platform
