Overview

This position will work at Advanced Technology Institute’s (ATI) Virginia Beach, VA campus located at 5700 Southern Blvd. 

Advanced Technology Institute (ATI) is a leading east coast technical training school. We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance and Tool Room Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Minor structure repairs; builds and installs cabinets, partitions, whiteboards, and shelves; repairs furniture and equipment.Paints building interiors and exteriors, furniture, cement, and other materials and items.Estimates materials, labor, and time needed for projects.
• Work independently in the automotive tool room 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possession of a valid VA Driver’s License and ability to operate a fork lift

• Knowledge of automotive tools, tool inventory and building maintenance
