- Lifecycle Campaign Development: Design and implement strategic email campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle, ensuring relevance and engagement throughout the subscriber journey.
- Segmentation and Personalization: Develop targeted segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content and offers, aligning with subscriber behavior and preferences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI-driven marketing platforms to refine customer segmentation, personalize content, optimize send times, and conduct A/B testing, maximizing the effectiveness of email campaigns through intelligent automation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics to track performance and uncover actionable insights. Utilize data-driven findings to identify trends, refine strategies, and provide comprehensive performance reports for informed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various internal teams including PMM, Agency, Product, Legal, and Vendor Operations to ensure consistent messaging, branding alignment, and effective lead nurturing across all communication channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience in email marketing, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaigns
- Hands-on experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, SFMC), understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability principles, and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling subject lines and email content
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to inform decision-making
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus
- Past experience working with Google and Google Products is a plus
