Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Online Manager to oversee our digital presence and drive online sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, sales, and leadership.

Duties:

- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue

- Manage the company's online store and ensure a seamless customer experience

- Monitor website traffic and analyze data to optimize performance

- Coordinate with marketing team to create engaging online campaigns

- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate product listings

- Provide training development for online sales team members once needed

- Utilize retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

Requirements:

-Upload or email a 2-3 minute video introduction of yourself

-Experience with Shopify

-Able to work well with in store staff and customers.

-Experience with social media, website design, email marketing, creating flyers and digital ads

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in an online setting

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to self motivate and create business growth from monitoring KPIs

- Knowledge of wireless sales trends and best practices

- Familiarity with inventory control processes

- Ability to manage online sales platforms effectively

- Sales management experience is a plus
