The Pay Range for this position is $60,000- $65,000 per year.

Who We Are Looking For:

An Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst to generate revenue by ensuring that clients are properly billed for goods or services. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts are collected in a timely manner, verify and record transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure client payments. Secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies.

What will you be doing as an Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst

• Assist in drafting credit approval documentation for new customers, periodic credit review, and maintenance of credit files
• Monitor account changes and research all change requests. Requires cross-collaboration with other internal teams, such as Procurement, Sales, and Accounting
• Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies
• Oversees client accounts, accounts receivable write-off recommendations and payment terms
• Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from account managers, finance departments, and customers
• Partner with account managers providing analysis on outstanding invoices
• Provide monthly/ weekly financial and management reports
• Assists in financial management and analysis, as requested
• Identify operational risk issues, and proactively suggest means by which they can be addressed
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
• Assist with other projects as needed

Required education, technical skills, and/or experience:

• Experience in accounting is required
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial techniques
• 3 Years’ experience in related field
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented
• Commitment to excellent customer service maintaining the balance between sales and risk management
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
• Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
• Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills, and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers
• Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
• Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
