TITLE
Technical Project Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of technical projects within the AMM organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and implementation while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within scope, timeline, and budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES-DUTIES
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies. Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and quality assurance specialists.
Promote teamwork and open communication to foster alignment with project objectives.
Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges and minimize disruptions to project progress.
Monitor project resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maintaining cost efficiency.
Implement quality control measures to uphold standards and deliverables.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to project requirements and specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables. Address stakeholder concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project documentation. Generate comprehensive reports to track project performance and key metrics.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT environments.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (CSM) is a plus.
Prior experience in healthcare is preferred
