Busy and fast paced Nephrology Office looking for back office receptionist

Looking for a dependable, well organized, and computer literate receptionist with experience in a medical office setting, medical terminology, and medication.

Duties include but not limited to:
- answering multi phone lines
- verifying patients insurance
- scheduling appointments
- directing messages appropriately
- handling medication refills
- sorting incoming faxes

Candidate must have AT LEAST 1 year medical office experience, 2 years is preferred.

Practice has 3 current locations - Newburgh, Poughkeepsie and Kingston.
Open position will be in the Poughkeepsie office but travel will be required to alternate offices as needed.

Training will take place in our Newburgh location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
