Advanced Kidney Care of North Texas is Hiring a Front Desk Medical Receptionist Near Mc Kinney, TX

Nephrology office in McKinney, TX seeking full-time Medical Office Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in patients, answer any questions they may have and ensure proper documentation is obtained.
  • Answers, directs and documents calls accordingly.
  • Schedules appointments
  • Answers emails and other electronic messages as required
  • Sort, process and distribute mail daily
  • Request/obtain records for upcoming appointments
  • Collect, scan and process medical information/documents from patients
  • Make sure insurance referrals are obtained from PCP for all HMO plans that require it.

  • Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • Good listening, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail oriented

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
