- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations including filing insurance claims and taking payment on site
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage office budget, including tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
```Qualifications```:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
-Basic ability to evaluate x-rays
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong attention to detail
