Company Description Advanced Communications (AC3) secures and protects asset to Residential and Small Businesses through quick response alarm monitoring, with top line security, medical and fire systems and specialize in commerical medical alarm monitoring and maintenance administration to the independent senior living communities. Job Description This unique position will assist with many departments and will link our Customer Service departments and other departments within the company, to provide customers with a one-person contact to reduce transferring calls from department to department. The position entails, but not limited to:
Answering inbound calls, and emails for requests from customers and technicians
Place alarm systems on test
Change/update data information from client (in multiple systems)
Assist with account setup and programming
Assist with selling products and ordering products requested from customer (prmotions and marketing)
Other duties assigned by the operations manager
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent customer service and communications skills (and writing)
Excellent computer skills in microsoft office
Data Entry experience is a must
Able to answer multi-line phone system within 3 rings
Multi-task and manage varies software systems
Work independently
Medical Terminology is helpfu, but not required
