Advanced Care of St. Joseph is seeking qualified CMTs to join our team of professionals. You will be joining a collaborative team dedicated to improving the lives of our residents with every encounter! You will be responsible for administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

All while continuing to grow our reputation for being the preferred nursing / long-term care source by the communities we serve.

Shifts / Pay :

• $3000 sign on bonus
• $2 shift diff from 3p-7a through the week
• Weekend shift differential is $3.50 starting shift on Friday night until Sunday at the end of the night shift
• $500 Referral Bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Attends and participates in scheduled training, meetings, and educational classes to maintain certification.
• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms and records;

documents reasons prescribed drugs are not administered and report it to Nurse Supervisor.

• Observe ingestion or other application if resident is self-sufficient.
• Answer call lights promptly and fulfill resident's need as necessary.
• Records and restocks medication inventories.
• Charts progress notes in an informative manner.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.

Requirements :

• Valid Med Tech certification for state of service
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to efficiently work independently
• Reliable transportation
