Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. The successful candidate will be energetic, well organized with proven ability to sell and lead a high-transactional sales team. The primary duties for this role are to define and execute appropriate sales strategies and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
• Build, lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors.
• Completes sales operational requirements by sales accountability and following up on work results.
• Maintains sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains sales team work results by counseling and disciplining employees; and monitoring and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

• Two to three years of experience as sales manager
• Three to five years of sales experience
• Proven track record of positive sales performance

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed.

We are located in Jacksonville, FL and are currently an e-commerce based business with clients all over the United States. This is a permanent, on-site position.
