Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team to assist in daily operations in the Human Resource Department. We are looking for an independent, self-starting, and reliable individual that possesses a high level of energy coupled with great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes
Duties involve onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel files, orienting new employees, and more. This is an entry-level position and there will be on-the-job training. The ideal candidate for this will be a person with basic knowledge of HR concepts. They must be willing and eager to learn how to apply those concepts in an office setting.
This is a primarily work-from-home position. You must have high-speed internet and to have a 27" or larger monitor, keyboard & mouse for use with our company laptop. (If you live within a 1-hour drive of the office, we can loan you a monitor, keyboard & mouse as well as the laptop).
Duties:
You must be Flexible and willing to work and learn on the fly!
You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person.
