Pay: $17-$18 an hour with $1.00 shift differential on the weekends
1st Shift: Friday- Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm
Advance Services, Inc. is looking to hire a detail oriented Operations Planning Analyst to work for a local innovator in warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics. This position will support the warehouse and office operations by coordinating the flow of work for the shipping/receiving of customer products and materials.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyzing shipping and receiving schedules to determine if the scheduled workload can be handled using the available labor and inventory.
• Reviewing available labor and inventory to determine progress of work and completion of timelines.
• Communicate all operational issues to the Warehouse Coordinator and other appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate and prioritize the shipping and receiving schedules based on inventory status, requested ship dates, and appointment times.
• Consolidate inventory when necessary.
• Assist in resolving inaccurate system information regarding shipments and inbound deliveries

Education/Work experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of inventory control experience
