Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. About this role: CMA's preferred, but Adult & Child Health will cover the cost of certification if MA, and needing to test for certification. Must be willing to obtain certification in first 6 months of employment. This role requires you to be able to jump in and accept the different responsibilities that are required for the assignment.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following counties: Marion County. Floating, 8 or 10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work hand in hand with provider.
• Assisting Medical provider with procedures.
• Ability to manage behavioral health and primary care needs
• New graduates welcome
• Have a working knowledge of standard lab and medical procedures such as POCT, lab draws, vitals, perform EKGs, perform wound care, etc.

• Must have finished an accredited medical assistant training program
• Must be willing to obtain CMA certification in the first 6 months of employment (A&C will cover the cost of certification)
• Must have a valid drivers license
