Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center look alike; we strive to provide the best in healthcare services. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more.

About this role: CMA's preferred, but Adult & Child Health will cover the cost of certification if MA, and needing to test for certification. Must be willing to obtain certification in first 6 months of employment. This role requires you to be able to jump in and accept the different responsibilities that are required for the assignment.

The Location and hours: A&C is based in Central Indiana. For this position, we service the following counties: Marion County. Core Business Hours

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide treatment to assigned caseload.
• Promote a healthy and supportive work culture
• Coach and supervise team members
• Crisis intervention and emergency services
• Leaderships skills & Professional Development
• Accountability & documentation
• Support & Orient incoming staff

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC required
• Minimum of two year experience working in human service related field
• Enjoys working with people, dependable, can work both as a member of a team and independently.
• Ability to organize, manage time, oral and written communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to transport clients as needed
