Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Senior Manager, Partner Success ("Senior Manager") is part of the Strategic Workforce Solutions team and plays a critically important part in the Adtalem Global Education ("Adtalem") strategy to be the leading provider of professional talent to healthcare and other organizations. The Senior Manager works closely with our Partners (e.g., healthcare systems, associations, channel participants) to ensure highly successful implementations of new and existing solutions and collaborations. The Senior Manager collaborates with our Partners and internal teams to enable long term success. The Senior Manager collaborates very closely with our team of Talent Solutions Consultants, Strategic Partner Executives, Marketing, Enablement and Operations. This is a new role reporting at a high level in the Strategic Workforce Solutions team. The dynamic, strategic, and customer focused professional will shape the role and develop a truly impactful center of excellence within the broader organization. The Senior Manager brings to this role deep expertise in B2B solution implementation, customer support / success, and relationship management - ideally in the healthcare or education industry. Operational or system implementation experience in healthcare systems is a plus.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as the project manager and operations support for the implementations of solutions in collaboration with our partners. Ensure ongoing success of the implementations and provide customer support. Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders at our partners.
  • Lead the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic and operational plans (e.g., implementation play books) to achieve desired outcomes, consistent with the mission, vision and values of Adtalem. Implement mitigation actions as needed. Ensure that actions produce the desired results consistent with the plan.
  • Plan, execute, track, and share impact and success of complex partner implementations. Refine and optimize on an ongoing basis in collaboration with internal teams. Develop and continuously improve best practice play books.
  • Collaborate very closely with our team of Talent Solutions Consultants and Strategic Partner Executives, Marketing, Enablement and Operations
  • Share insights with product and leadership teams.
  • Drive innovation in our implementation and customer / partner success approaches.
  • Provide reports and dashboards that track activity, results, and impacts.
  • Network and establish relationships across Adtalem.
  • Ensure that all operations are in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations along with the policies and procedures of the organization and institutions.
  • Travel required as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in customer success, business development and related areas required.
  • Previous experience in customer implementations / success / support roles; and understanding of the healthcare or education industry required.
  • Project Management experience required.
  • Operational experience in healthcare systems, potentially nursing background preferred.
  • Track record of successfully planning, developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing customer implementations and long-term support.
  • Excellent collaboration capabilities. Team player, willing to share.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work under little supervision.
  • High integrity and strong business acumen.
  • Strong customer relationships skills.
  • Strong personal presence and communications, consultative and training skills - must be able to work with people of various backgrounds and at various levels including C-level/VP leaders at our partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills - must be able to work at a fast pace on many different types of projects, seeing each to completion accurately and successfully; must be able to develop and implement the appropriate solutions for a variety of situations and projects.
  • Proven experience working in Salesforce and project management tools.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77,996 and $140,851. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
