JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President, Program Management, is a senior leader accountable for leading our program management team. The VP of Program Management is ultimately responsible for the process and people that manage the customer relationship, the cost, scheduling, and quality of the portfolio of customer projects or programs to ensure the whole organization, including all functions, are aligned with project requirements and performance to plan. The VP of Program Management has direct accountability to effectively lead the program portfolio and collaborate across all functions to ensure success for the customer programs. The VP of Program Management has matrixed resources that indirectly report and have functional responsibilities that include engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.

- Lead and oversee the program management team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs. Develop Project Charters and Program Plans to support overall company strategy.
- Ensure projects adhere to client requirements and business goals by developing and driving project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating activities within the established project timelines. Control out-of-scope activities through change management.
- Establish and maintain processes, methodologies, and tools for managing cost, schedule, and quality across the project portfolio, driving consistency and efficiency. Hold team accountable to Program Management processes, managing cost tracking and estimates to completion by Program.
- Lead quantitative-qualitative analysis, abatement and track risk reduction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with project requirements and performance objectives. Lead project and program resources procurement and manufacturing management.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize project performance, proactively identifying and addressing challenges as they arise. Manage and control changes to Programs.
- Monitor and report on project metrics, including budget variance, schedule adherence, and quality metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Direct, manage, and guide team with technical issues; make decisions that reduce overall technical risks.
- Monitor and manage teams performance to plan, monitor progress of manufacturing, engineering and testing processes to plan.
- Communicate plan with communications distribution and feedback to keep key stakeholders informed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed about OEM shifts, industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements, incorporating relevant insights into project planning and execution.
- As the department leader, you are accountable for overseeing security protocols and promptly addressing any breaches, whether they pertain to IT cyber security, infrastructure, or building security, ensuring the safety and integrity of our data and operations.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of direct experience
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Excellent risk management skills required
- Highly proficient in MS Project
- Ability to successfully interface/interact with all levels of the organization, including direct communications with executive leadership internally and with our airline customers and airplane manufacturers.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Aircraft Interiors/Seating highly preferred
- Technical/Engineering background desired
- Experience with global airline customers & airplane manufacturers desired

Salary Range Transparency: $240,000 - $280,000 annually, depending on candidate qualifications
