This role is responsible for supporting our Human Resources team in recruitment and various HR functions. Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of internal employees and contracted healthcare providers
  • Candidate resume screening and conducting phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Compose and deliver job offer letters to selected candidates, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Creation and maintenances of contractor and internal staff job descriptions
  • Posting and monitoring jobs on partnered job boards
  • Meeting department recruitment goals and filling open positions in a timely manner
  • Collaborates closely with the clinical team to assess provider network recruitment needs and strategically coordinate provider availability to align with patient demand
  • Collaboration with internal managers to develop employee departmental training and resource materials
  • Mentors and assists hiring managers on delivering the highest standard of interviews and overall candidate experience
  • Participates in and leads initiatives to improve recruiting approaches to ensure the successful delivery of talent

HR Administration

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Assist with employee compensation management through comprehensive market research, formulation of competitive pay ranges, and providing guidance on compensation adjustments
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relations matters including but not limited to, facilitation of formal and informal complaints to resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Collaborate with leadership team to identify and coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Quarterly employee company survey creation, execution, and data analysis of results
  • Foster a positive company culture through active engagement and initiatives that promote employee collaboration, inclusivity, and well-being
  • Support the implementation and coordination of employee recognition programs and initiatives
  • Assists in the maintenance and improvement of department processes and procedures, including the proper documentation of them
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives, as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field, preferred
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience for professional roles
  • 1-2 years of general human resources experience with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Employee relations experience preferred
  • Experience with creation of job descriptions and working closely with hiring managers
  • Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment sites
  • Healthcare or start-up experience is a plus

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with HRIS software, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with employees at all levels
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruiting
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Ability to successfully work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong sense of accountability and dependability
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility to navigate a dynamic and evolving work environment
  • Driven by a desire to continuously learn and adapt, with a focus on building scalable and sustainable solutions
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts in a professional setting
  • Proven track record of maintaining composure and making sound decisions while working under pressure

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
