Aderas, Inc. is seeking an SME Information Assurance Lead to join the team.
Primary Job Duties:

• Information Assurance (IA) Lead who has relevant experience in information assurance and security standards.
• The IA Lead is responsible for leading the Risk Management Engineering (RME) team in planning and preparation for security assessment and authorization (AA) as part of the Departments Information Assurance policy and FISMA implementation efforts.
• The Contractor shall ensure the branch follows the process for Notifications of Change, security audits and compliance, IT Review Board change requests and other required DOS IT system documentation.
• The contractor will ensure compliance with DOS Standards and procedures including all FAMs and FAHs on automated information systems requirements.

Required Education Work Experience:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or similar
• 5-8 years Information Assurance specialist supporting commercial and Federal IT environments to mitigate risks and provide solutions to agencies.
• Possess intimate knowledge of Risk Management requirements for the Department, and security assessments and authorization policies in regards to IA.
• Expert in troubleshooting and detection of systems, software's, network, and hardware.
