Adecco Life Sciences is Hiring a Quality Operations Manager (FT) Near Cranbury, NJ
- Develop and maintain quality agreements and establish and monitor quality metrics with our CMO partners.
- Work collaboratively with CMO partners to ensure compliance with our company's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Perform CMO site visits.
- Review, approve, and document change control requests, ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related fields required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of experience in quality operations.
- Experience working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) required.
- Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
