ABOUT THE ROLE

· Responsibilities including overseeing the receiving materials and drug products, warehousing, packaging, distribution of drug products, and management of the daily operation of the team to achieve the business needs

· Support the investigation of operation related quality issues and deviation, support the related CAPA

· Coordinate and communicate relevant activities of operations to ensure activities are in place in a timely manner to meet client requirements

· Provide reports and relevant information to client and internal team timely

· Responsible for the daily purchasing for the consumable materials to support operations

· Support the internal and external audit of operations, provide the related documents

ABOUT YOU

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (major in pharmaceutical, biological or supply chain management is preferred)

· Good coordination ability, self-motivated team player and result oriented

· Ideally have 2 years experience in pharmaceutical production or logistics, familiar with GMP/GSP

· Background in logistics, pharmaceutical and quality are advantageous, but not essential

· Proficient in Microsoft office

· Good communication skills and multitasking

· Bilingual of English and Chinese are essential
