Role: Production Assistant

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $19-21/Hour
Our client is seeking a Production Assistant to join as an integral member of their team.
Job Responsibilities:
•Complete triage and coordinate responses to emails from prepress vendor, authors, and internal staff.
•Send and receive jobs to/from external suppliers. Prepare work orders, ensuring that required data for each job are included and properly organized for transmittal to vendors.
•Support the weekly issue-compilation process for the company.
•Compile and enter production data into an internal tracker. Create and generate reports from the production database.
•Carry out administrative tasks related to production activities.
Requirements:
• Experience in - 1 Year of Professional Office Experience

o Experience Proofreading and Copyediting
• Proficient in - Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce
• Soft Skills - Excellent Communication Skills, Calm Demeanor, Able to Manage Tight Deadlines, Problem-Solver
• Education - High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Knowledge
