VTG is seeking a Production Technician.
What will you do?Provide guidance and oversight to for inputs to SUPSHIP and Program Office, monitor and audit contractor shipbuilding production efforts.
Production Technician may assist in testing, production, or maintenance by supervising production in factories, determining the causes of breakdowns, and the testing of manufactured products to maintain quality.
They also estimate the time and cost to complete projects.
Works alongside engineering, developer, and specialist personnel to perform rudimentary maintenance, installation, fabrication, test and evaluation, sustainment, and troubleshooting of a number of systems and subsystems.
Performs all tasking via formally documented processes and procedures.
Produces low-level technical documents, drawings, and other forms of documentation.
Do you have what it takes?- 5 years relevant professional experience
- Experience in supporting Navy Supervisor of Shipbuilding
- Secret Clearance
