Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents into computer databases with speed and accuracy.
• Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and re-entering data if necessary.
• Updating and maintaining databases with recent information.
• Generating reports from databases as needed.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Ensuring data integrity and security by following company protocols.
• Assisting with data cleanup and maintenance projects as assigned.
• Responding to data inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Adhering to data entry policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with data entry best practices and procedures.
